| H296G SERIES APU
TESTER |
The H296G Series Auxiliary Power Unit (APU)
Tester allows dynamic performance testing of
Garrett GTCP85 and GTCP95 series APUs and
ground power units. When used with the
appropriate accessory cable kit, the unit
monitors engine temperature, RPM, fuel boost
pump pressure and voltage, oil pressure, and it
has an elapsed timer.
The H296G also provides real time centrifugal
speed switch control logic and associated
relays, static checking of the relay box, and
remote control light functionality by
simulating switch closures and observing the
status of the test set.
All controls for operating the engines are
provided on the test set. Built-in-Test allows
the testing of the displays, CPU, ROM, and
analog circuits of the test set.
