Through our own fabrication capabilities, we manufacture a large percentage
of the parts and components used in production, and complete all assembly,
calibration, and testing.

• Our machine shop features precision computer numerical control (CNC)
  milling centers, CNC lathes, automatic screw machines, drill presses, gear
  hobbers, surface grinders, tool grinders, a pantograph
  engraving machine, and both injection-molding and
  compression-molding machines for plastic part fabrication.
• Our sheet metal shop is equipped with a metal shear, press
  brakes, hand brakes, punch presses, drill presses, abrasive
  cut-off saw, tube polishing machine, Wales-Strippit metal
  fabricator, heli-arc welding machines, spot welders, and
  more.
• Computerized work stations provide assemblers with
  accurate, detailed drawings and assembly instructions at
  the touch of a button.
• Other production areas include a paint shop and various sectors for
  handling instrument buildup, cable manufacturing, repair, inspection,
  quality control, packaging, and shipping.
